How I Started:
I've been working out all my life (believe it or not). Just never ate properly to see a difference. I'm extremely active for someone my size. I grew up on the basketball team. Just love cookies, cakes, and chips after practice. Not anymore!!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like I got something accomplished, I have a lot more energy, and makes me feel more confident (I've never posted pics of my bare skin online before)
How I Stay Motivated:
My father passed away when he was 42 from a heart attack. He was obese. And I lost my sister from lung complications. She was 30. Being healthy is what motivates me. We're not getting any younger.
BB Accomplishments:
Its not a "bodybuilding" accomplishment, however, losing 50lbs is accomplishment enough. I've never been this small, not since I was in middle school I think.
