if i have any genetic gift, its my legs. I carry most of my weight there, and I don't have to work to hard to maintain them. Additionaly they respond well to heavier loads. Mostly, doing front squats fo sets of 5 and leg press 5-8 reps. standing calf press, leg extensions, SLDL. I can't do regular suats muc because it hurts my shoulders and wrist now, so i switch to fronts, and i love them.

I like the new meal plan better than the last. There's more variety. As far as fat loss..I'm not sure yet. I still have another 6 wks to go on this cut. I havent done as much cardio as I should and I think I need to step it up to speed up fat loss. How's your progress?
