Training is going well! I’m about to go to Mexico for a few days so I’ll be off my usual schedule for about a week but I plan to kick myself back into gear when I return! Hope to continue to build muscle and get that definition that I want! Hope you’re doing well!

ya you're right. unfortunately easier said than done :P but i am slowly getting things outta the way, and ive been to the gym twice this week (instead of not going like the past 3 weeks) so i feel better already. dec 17th im done tho, im a little excited for that lol

hey its going well thanks, im still losing inches which is great but the pounds are a little slow coming off...but i will be joining the gym this week so that should help...how are things on your end ?

Well, I went to a party last night but that was before the storm. I did get down to the gym and get my workout in so it wasn't too bad. Just take it easy and don't drink and drive afterwards especially with those road conditions!
