I actually was lifting during this period in my life but obviously I wasn't taking it seriously. The lifting didn't last long after that. I think I was somewhere around 240 in this picture but I didn't jump on the scale often for obvious reasons.
To get shredded!
I would like to really step up my cardio by adding interval work and shorter rest periods during my workouts. I would like to see more definition on my muscles and abs.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Set short and long term goals. Give yourself some attainable goals to start off and as your progress continue to challenge yourself. There is always someone who is bigger,stronger, or more cut up.
