I actually was lifting during this period in my life but obviously I wasn't taking it seriously. The lifting didn't last long after that. I think I was somewhere around 240 in this picture but I didn't jump on the scale often for obvious reasons.

Set short and long term goals. Give yourself some attainable goals to start off and as your progress continue to challenge yourself. There is always someone who is bigger,stronger, or more cut up.

I have been experiencing some shoulder weakness over the last couple months.  My whole life whenever I have rotated my left shoulder I hear it crack, unfortunately it has never caused me any pain or limited my movements so I never had it checked.  Well now that I have been increasing my weight...
