...cough, cough... Wow, it's been a long time since I've been here.  My membership was postponed at my gym, due to payment issues.  I'm still trying to get that straightened out.  And I've been working a  lot, and studying a ridiculous amount.  Anyways, I lifted at the local clubhouse gym...

Hope it treats you as good as it did me! I did a split doing 5 reps slow and 5 reps a little quicker. The Poliquin protocol is definitely harder, but that's why he gets results I suppose. Its worth a shot to see and then adapt it to what seems to work best for you. Lemme know how it goes!

Its too big to explain it all in under 500 characters, so here's a good write up for it by Charles Poliquin, who's one of the top trainers in the world: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fu n/luis13.htm and the other workout I based my adaptation on is from the 1st place submission on this link: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fu n/wotw84.htm Both are quite rough and a shock to your system. Definitely a lighter weight, check the ego at the door program!

You're welcome. I think they will add a whole new level of excruating, which will definitely benefit you & your other lifts. FWIW I highly recommnend the DB Reverse Woodchop...insane!
