To stay fit and healthy. And to eat as clean as possible.
Goal (Long):
To help others achieve there goals of getting in shape and staying fit as well as eating healthy. Would love to compete in at least one competition one day but I don't quite have that much time to train like those guys train. But until then I must make the best of the time I do spend in the gym.
MONDAY: CHEST AND BACK

WEDNESDAY: SHOULDER
THURSDAY: ARMS
FRIDAY: OFF
SATURDAY:LEGS

Abs 5 days per week.
Incline crunches with 25lbs.
Leg raises to the front and both sides.
Lying side crunches
Reverse crunches. All done without stopping. Right...
oh its cool bro, i wasnt plannin on tryin it until baseball season anyways...i still think i might cuz everyone reacts diff to supps but im gonna check out the creatine that u have cuz the progress uve made from it speaks for itself! Peace...welt!
Thanks dude, your abs are lookin kick ass, as well as the rest of you!! Why waste time doing thousands of crunches eh? I love the feeling of very sore abs for 2-3 days don't you?
Yup, scope a brah out! Fourth contest downrange, chalk one up for experience - lowest placing so far but at my heaviest weight so I'm just happy to hold ANY lean mass over 200lbs., it's getting harder to stay lean at this young age and cruiser weight...makes me more motivated to stay consistent!
Guess you have built up a nice tolerance to that then. Do you have trouble completing your workout without it? I don't take an energy supplement regurlarly so I don't have a personal recommendation. If I'm feeling down, I will have a shot of redline. EXTREME ENERGY SUPPLEMENT from JSNitro (John Scott Nitro) energy capsules was recommended to me. (I just can't afford them)
