When I Started:
May, 2007
How I Started:
I have always been an athlete since the age of 3! Every sport, every season I was doing something. High school is when some sort of formal training began for football and lacrosse. College football training was even more structured. I didn't totally inform myself and get into working every muscle in my body until May 2007. In a nut shell, I've been working out since 1999, but I didn't get hardcore until May 2007. Now im hooked!
Why I Love It:
Im just a big kid and the gym is my playground!
How I Stay Motivated:
Dedication to achieving my dreams and dedication to work!
My goal is to train hardcore to be the beastiest kicker in the world!
I played college football for four year in Virginia. While I was training for the NFL I somehow got into modeling. So I am in beast training to be more ripped, stronger, and to have more endurance. I am at a point where my body is getting better every day, and loving it. We'll see what happens from there. Im pretty much addicted to health and fitness!
i think i'd have to somehow make a lot of fat% go away to do fitness modeling. momma's genes don't bode well for that, but, who knows! why, u do it?
and i don't remember seein u in the gym, but then again, sometimes i block it all out
im down, i almost always lift by myself because everyone always slows me down and talks to much lol. but if youre crazy then we may have to go insanely hardcore at the gym...

I saw a couple of your model photos and really appreciated them. You have a more solid, functional, athletic build than the vast majority of models and I hope you keep that. I guess what I'm saying is don't let some industry "experts" convince you the anorexic, hairless look or the cartoonish muscle bound look is what you need. Whatever you end up choosing good luck. I hope to see you on the cover of Men's Fitness or Men's Health. ... And best to you in your football (or other) career.
Oh **** you're right- I forgot I cropped it out of all of them! I'll put one up once I find my camera. I used to be an RA back in Strawberry Banks for a while. I'm still there doing grad school. LOL I didn't lift much back then or I'd have made much more progress by now.
