tonyscenti31 Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. That workout is brutal but worth the results. By far the hardest day was Leg day. 7 sets of squats after pre-exhaust with only 30-45 seconds rest between sets is crazy hard. I made some great gains both in mass and loss of body fat. I put each day on a note card, punch a hole in the stack and ran a key ring through it so i could remember everything. Definitely worth it. Oct 30, 2012 1:13pm
