Thanks, man. I do moderate cardio. I get lean with a cleaner, smaller diet (protein, fruits, veggies, good fats. In short, eat foods in the glycemic index that keep blood sugar from spiking.) Cheers!

Gotta ask what you do w/diet to go down. Cardio's effective, if wt. drop isn't too fast, but what's your caloric intake and type of food to maintain muscle? Thx.
