How I Started:
Took up weights to see what I could do with my ectomorph frame, and I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling post-workout. And I like that it builds character as much as the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
The profiles, pics, and examples here help a lot. Thanks for the positive comments. I can usually maintain momentum b/c I stay positive and focused: I know every part of my workout, diet, and rest are helping me grow and improve. And I'm GRATEFUL for the results and the accomplishment of each workout. That's what helps prepare me for the next workout.

Finding that the leaner look means a bigger look. Still, I'd like to put on more size. Preferably the natural way, one earned pound at a time. Got a supplement or routine that works for adding mass? Please let me know.
hang in there man. knees are tricky. i've got a weird sprain in my ankle, but with a wrap i'm able to still run. gotta get my cardio in if i'm ever going to get to your level man. least you can still hit the iron! stay motivated brother.
