I was just there with my family a couple weeks ago. We did a part of the Wonderland Trail and started from Sunrise. Very Beautiful!!!

It is going pretty well, thanks for asking. Swimming & biking 2x a week in addition to doing CrossFit 4x a week. I feel strong on the bike but weak in the water. We will see on May 30th huh? How are you my friend?

Monday was my one and only swim in my new tri suit...left the wetsuit behind. I was awkward at first, but was more comfortable by the end. I still feel like I have SO FAR to go before I get to the start line in June. btw Great job in your last game. Wife was bragging on you:)

UR absolutely right about the food/emotion tie in of course. Food can be just as strong as addiction for some as drugs or alcohol. No doubt you are right again that some can be offended when their food offering is turned down. Makes it even more difficult for us trying to stay disciplined.

I hear that Pete. I'm always being offered cruddy food by people who tell me "you can afford it." I say yes more often than I should or I might look more like you:) It's hard to be disciplined when most everyone around you doesn't share the same level of discipline. You look great my friend. Keep up the great work.

I love CrossFit. I did P90x for 2 months and it was fine. Very good for leaning out, but not good for what I was looking for. Began CrossFit again when I started training for this summer's triathlons.

Glad to hear it. Training is going well. Improving my swim endurance and have added some TOUGH hilly bike loops as well. Just got me tri suit in yesterday. It's...um...thin! Really excited about my first race. What are you up to?

Swimming is rapidly improving (had nowhere to go but up:) and the suit helps, but my swim coach is going to make me train without it with her (a crutch). As far as guarding a good ball handler. Nothing you don't already know...force him to his weak hand and depend on your teammates to take away the passing lanes.

Great shooting percentage!!! That is very good efficiency. Now we just need to get the ball in your hands more often:) I bet you are a great 1 on 1 defender and a beast on the boards as well. That's how you come across anyway. Did you guys win?
