When I Started:
How I Started:
I was really skinny as a kid with a metabolism like a blast furnace. I could eat, eat and eat some more and not gain an ounce. Then one day I woke up and saw the development of a beer gut in the mirror. Skinny arms, chicken legs and a beer gut.... not a good look.
Why I Love It:
