Just been a while since I checked in to see how you were doing and from your recent weight gain I'm guessing you're doing great - or really fell off the nutrition wagon...
I actually think that muscle milk light taste a little better. Sometimes I mix 1 scoop of muscle milk light with 1 scoop of the org muscle milk. I don't think u should let go of the org. Just switch it up for when u want to get less calories. Thank you. You are looking hot too babe.

Trust me - a lot of guys would kill for a "chicken chest" like yours (me included). But having said that - I've found that there's nothing like good old fashioned heavy bench presses for packing on the pec mass. Which from your lifting stats it looks like you think so too - 267 lbs ain't shabby at all. Keep at it and you'll swell up in no time, even though it seems to take forever...
"STOP growing" your arms? That's a new, and somewhat puzzling, one to me. But, great work on your physique so far so I won't question your goals. Good luck in the future!
