My mom had a personnal trainer & we had a small gym in our house. I had started dance & knew conditioning was important for a dancer. At 14 I started my 2 1/2 hr. workout plus classes.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes you feel & I love to see the difference in my own body & the difference in my clients bodies. Being able to scultp a body & help people reach their fitness goals is an amazing feeling. I'm like a proud parent.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love what I do & I know that all of my jobs depend on my body to have strength, flexbility, & graceful lines.
BB Accomplishments:
Not sure yet. I have taken others from a size 14 to a 5/6 in a healthy manner. As far as myself, my major accomplishments would be that even after a surgery, I don't get out of the routine. I wait the proper amount of time & rehab like I am suppose to. Most people once they get out of the habit of working out stop. After 7 surgeries, I haven't stopped. I do specialize in abdominal tramas, since I have had 3.
