ParkCityTrainer

You lived in Orem? You have come a long way. My last show what the 2008 NPC Gold's Classic in October at Cottonwood HS. I would like to make enough improvements in the next 30 months to compete again.

Got your link from the Iforce email I get. Dude! lookin' HUGE! great job. I'm 45 and aspire to look like you do. Obviously I need some coaching.You're 27 and I've been lifting hard for 26 years. You really have it going on.

Tnx! You look awesome! Great combo - hard muscle without losing any femininity. I can't imagine a life without being fit.

I wish you well on your goals. I'm 9 days out from a show and about 4%. Thanks also for putting up the video about Paul. I never met him, but he has been an inspiration to me for 25 years.
