Overall Goal: My immediate goal is to drop down to 220 for the ski season so that my hip can continue healing. The last week of Jan 2010 I'll start building again. My next long-term goal is to put muscle on over the next 2.5 years until I reach 290lbs. at 9% BF. T

How I Started:
At 8yrs old I wanted to be the strongest man in the world & loved spiderman comics because he was intelligent, strong, and exceptionally athletic. My first book about bodybuilding was by Franco Colombo.
Why I Love It:
I love being/feeling strong. Bodybuilding allows me the freedom to play as hard as I want to.
How I Stay Motivated:
It just comes naturally. It's always there. I work in a gym all day, still training a few people, and can't wait to workout every night.

It was tough! I did a huge bulk of the loss in 18 weeks. That was a whole lot of 2 a days and a crazy strict diet. But "seeing" it come off was an awesome feeling.
Working hard to bring home a trophy at one of these shows.
You rock & you look amazing! I'm looking forward to shooting some quality photos at your next competition. :) (Grit is my favorite photo so far!)
