How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
When bodybuilding I change the rep scheme weekly from 20 reps down to 6 reps. When powerlifting I pretty much stay in the 3-5 rep range

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2-3 min. to replenish ATP, get my breath back, and change to another motivating song on my mp3 player.

Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
No

Thanks ;o) It was tough! I did a huge bulk of the loss in 18 weeks. That was a whole lot of 2 a days and a crazy strict diet. But "seeing" it come off was an awesome feeling. Working hard to bring home a trophy at one of these shows.

You rock & you look amazing! I'm looking forward to shooting some quality photos at your next competition. :) (Grit is my favorite photo so far!) Every time I speak with you about your extensive training or look at your BodySpace page, I really want that hot, tight, sexy bikini body I once had BACK! You inspire me. KEEP IT UP!!
