My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I have no philosophy....when one routine stops working time to change it up.
I have done the old school and new school workouts. I have decided to follow a outline of a program found on this site, but im not going to do the minimal...time to change it up and kick some butt while doing it...in 12 weeks we shall see if it worked. if not well always another one out there. what works for some might not work for others...but damn i am excited to try..

Paramagic3511 okay was a crazy week...daughter was in the hospital, and i had alot on my plate. two days in a row of working out and stress free almost.
