My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I have no philosophy....when one routine stops working time to change it up.

I have done the old school and new school workouts. I have decided to follow a outline of a program found on this site, but im not going to do the minimal...time to change it up and kick some butt while doing it...in 12 weeks we shall see if it worked. if not well always another one out there. what works for some might not work for others...but damn i am excited to try..

Paramagic3511 leg day was painful but very good...my new supps of pump-hd, vein, and blox is working great...the pump is amazing, and the stim isnt bad.

Paramagic3511 On duty and got a killer shoulder workout. Tomorrow is back and biceps and 10 mins on step mill with 75# @60 steps a minute.

Paramagic3511 Killled my legs and core and training for Cpat test...5 mins @ 70 steps a minute after other leg exercises. ..burn hurts so good.
