I Got started training a few years ago, but because of college soccer I never had a chance to really work on my body as much as I wanted to. I trained for performance for a long time but now I am done and ready to start changing.
Why I Love It:
The ability to work on your body to make it look the way you want it to look exhilarating. It is a never ending project - it is a new life!
How I Stay Motivated:
The more I learn the more I understand the importance of maintaining good health. My competitiveness keeps me motivated to build the best body I can possibly build.
For many years I've trained for better performance in soccer and tennis. Those aren't sports where bigger is better, and all the running always kept me lean and flat. Now that I am done I am ready to tear the iron, pack on some muscle, and build the body I want. I (did)hope to reach 180 lbs at 6% body fat by 2010 (but i hit 170 already so i might just push that back to 180 by August!
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%
Upcoming Contest:
2009 Idaho State Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Competition
I am graduating in Exercise Science in May of 09 and have been a Personal Trainer since 07 so I feel pretty comfortable making my own work out programs.
