Lost a lot of weight and decided I wanted to get GEEKED!!! lol
Why I Love It:
Makes you feel great and something to do. Always happy whenever you break through a limit.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Ipod and bullshitting with buddies and trying new stuff. Also my sups get me pumped

None really yet. I guess having people watch me and ask if I'm on roids, really makes you feel good since I'm clean and don't cheat.

30 min Arctrainer / 75 sit-ups / 30 leg raises / 5 min Arctrainer / Walk varying intensity for 10 min
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
The Arctrainer, you can burn some serious calories in a short amount of time and its less stressfull on the joints
