My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

I like to eat.

There is nothing magical or super hard core about my diet. I am just avoiding stuff that I know is bad for me. Not to say that I dont enjoy some pizza and a coke every once in a while.

My day looks a lot like this (most days)

0600 4 egg whites/1 whole egg/diced ham and fresh veggies. Coffee

0800 Protein shake (1/3rd serving)and some fruit (apple or banana) with some peanut butter

1100 Chicken and Brown Rice

1300 Chicken and steamed veggies

1600 Protein shake (1/3d serving) post workout

1800 Chicken/rice/veggies or Fish rice and veggies.

2000 Bed time---protein shake, the last 3rd for 60g total of whey protein.

 

I always have a gallon jug with me and sometimes go thru 2, but most days I will kill a gallon

PapaBunny Tennis elbow still giving me fits, month 3. Physical therapy didnt help much. I have had to adjust my workouts accordingly. Still at it!

PapaBunny wicked tennis elbow is killing my workouts. Legs and abs are about all I can do. Think I may just do cardio, diet and cut until it heals.

PapaBunny 5 days between workouts. Work got in the way. Hit it last night with a new 5X5. Great workout, feeling great today!

PapaBunny No work out today, feel like crap. Tired, no energy, no appetite. Cant seem to adjust to working nights. Hope I can get back on track soon.

PapaBunny Total crap today, worst workout ever. Did have a PB, 115 clean press 5X3. I forgot to eat before my workout, how do you forget to eat?

Through this website I have gotten so Much motivation and dropping weight quick now exersing and dieting. I'm going to the beach next July and not being shy about shirt off lol. Keep in touch man!!
