I like to eat.
There is nothing magical or super hard core about my diet. I am just avoiding stuff that I know is bad for me. Not to say that I dont enjoy some pizza and a coke every once in a while.
My day looks a lot like this (most days)
0600 4 egg whites/1 whole egg/diced ham and fresh veggies. Coffee
0800 Protein shake (1/3rd serving)and some fruit (apple or banana) with some peanut butter
1100 Chicken and Brown Rice
1300 Chicken and steamed veggies
1600 Protein shake (1/3d serving) post workout
1800 Chicken/rice/veggies or Fish rice and veggies.
2000 Bed time---protein shake, the last 3rd for 60g total of whey protein.
I always have a gallon jug with me and sometimes go thru 2, but most days I will kill a gallon
