My current goal is to bump up my lower back and legs to the next level.
Goal (Long):
I've been working out my upper-body really hard, but I need to hit my legs and lower back with more intensity. I hate calve presses and need to go up in weight with my squats, deadlifts, and good mornings to round out the physique I am trying to build.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 6 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
14%

I believe you have coined your new nickname temporarily mind you but I think that the Ecuadorian Oak could stick until you develop a new one.
Keep hydrated so the Oak can grow.
So let me get this straight, Arnold is the Austrian Oak and you are the Ohio Oak now that you got those huge branches sticking out of your frame.
Hmmm, sounds and especially looks about right to me.
