Get lean and toned, and improve fitness level/performance. Would like to compete in a pageant and some sort of fitness competition next year. I also want to get my personal trainer, yoga instructor, and fitness nutrition certification at some point.
Goal (Long):
So I didn't stay 100% on board with the Body-for-Life program. But I did see some results, dropped a few inches and most of my clothes are too big now. I think my weight is ok, so my main focus now is to tone, tone, tone. I want awesome definition in my legs and abs! I want to stay in the 120-125lb weight range, in a size 3/4, and I want a 26 inch waist (I'd shoot for 24, but I think I'd look anorexic). I also want to build muscle strength. My upper body is toned, but my strength sucks!
