Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
full transformation. i wanna get big, and in shape again.
Goal (Long):
i used to be a lifting fanatic, then after a severe knee injury i never got back into it. as of today i don't think i've worked out steadily for bout 3 years. i didn't realize how bad i'd gotten til i noticed i couldn't go up stairs w/o gettin out of breath. i wanna get where i used to be within 2 months, which hopefully won't be too much trouble w/ muscle memory and what not. the cardio will take longer to get back to where i was, but i have faith. it'll take some hard work, but i really wanna do the fire academy later this year and i need to start now.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
