Working out was always my 'outlet', now it is my life:)
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it is difficult, but I something inside me won't let me quit, I just know that I can always improve and I would never want to go through Life wondering "what if"....
BB Accomplishments:
Recently, this competing season was very successful. I placed top 5 in two national figure competitions and I finally got a first place (in my class) at the Pittsburg show!!!! (of all the years I've competed, I have never gotten higher than a third place...very exciting!!!

Finally a little break! Two weeks with an "off-season" diet then back to dieting for N. Americanss in 9 short weeks!
Goal (Long):
My goal for North Americans is to win my class! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE for that to happen (more so than anyother show so far). I competed in the N.Americans for my very first national competition ever (two years ago)! I placed 14th and have been top 10, then top 5 now top 3 in my placings at national shows!

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
sadly I have had more than one! I once pulled my groin (that took about 6 months to fully recover). I belive that has had an effect on my trainig ever since. (this was almost 6 years ago!).
Just last September I fractured my knee (running/overtraining/overdieting). That is still bothering me from time to time took almost 2 months off to heal.sadly I have had more than one!
