How I Started:
I came to crossroads, a place in my life where I decided I do not have to be fat anymore. I can let go of everything I am carrying, physically and mentally and just enjoy building my body.
Why I Love It:
It's a good time for reflection as well as pushing to see what I am made of. I deserve a beautiful body, I deserve to be strong, I am entitled to take my body as far as I want to go with it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror and hate what I see. I also am trying to keep my eye on the "prize" so to speak.
BB Accomplishments:
No yet other then losing nearly 25lbs.

This was taken after a 20lbs loss, good god I am huge and have a long way to go.

Not much weight lost and not seen in the two weeks since my last picture, but I can feel myself getting stronger and stuff.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose the bulk of the fat I am carrying around (20% of my BF) and become a more healthy human being. I have a long road ahead of me, but I know so long as I never stop I will reach my goals.

Geting people to do slow work for teckneque and flow over here in the north of the east kingdom is like trying to convence a vegan to eat bacon. My chiv are originaly from the west which is the only reason I know what those drills are!!
Hmm... well.. what is your friend looking to do? Is it a girl? Is she big? Small? I'm definatly not a nutrition expert.. my diet has been made for me by my coach Sean Calder. But by using the resources online here at boydbuilding.com she should do fine. Just eating frequently and cleanly, as well as getting down at least a gallon of water per day. Not to mention just working on footwork so that you do not lose anything. Sometimes I have to spend a whole practice restricting my self to certan targets if people are to easy and then I learn new things and improve my targeting.
If you're looking mostly for performance, consider some of the power-based training articles. You'd be looking for power in the legs, hips and abdominals (obliques specifically). Strong shoulders would be a big plus as well. Don't worry about the extra muscle. The idea of becoming "musclebound" is a myth.
Way..way..way past sad dude. Not to mention a earl martial wyo does not attend for monthes on end and then changes the practice site without telling the most active foghter (ME) in the freehold!! On top of this the guy spent half of a year ago bitching that he does not have his OTC and wanting me to help him get it! FU&*(NG dip$hit!
Things are going pretty well. I think it is definitely a good idea to try and add muscle, even if fat loss is the main goal. From what I understand additional muscle mass will help in the fat loss department. That's my hope anyway.
