Since adopting a Paleo type nutrition plan, I have noticed a number of great changes. I feel more aleart, satisfied, and energized. I rarely get tired after a meal. I consume lean meat, eggs, fish, lots of fruit and veggies and a few nuts.

Supplements are just that...a supplement. I take protein, creatine, glutamine, and glucosamine. What matters the most is consistency and stringing together great workouts with a clean nutritional lifestyle.
