I always wanted to be different than others. This sport isnt team sport, so all depends only up to me. When I keep strict diet,correct workout then I can do great results. I love to change my body!
Why I Love It:
I love it because its not just the lesson in the gym, its the whole day rutine(workout,nutrition,regeneration,etc.) I do this sport because its deep in my heart. Everytime I have to skip the workout, I feel depressed.My whole daily routine is workout, food, and a relax if its possible:-)
How I Stay Motivated:
How do I stay motivated? Its easy, every time I compete I want to win, there is still space for great improvements, I love bodybuilding the most of all the things in my life and I wish I could become pro one day.

decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking
