How I Started:
A friend of the family was over weight and embarrassed to go to the gym alone. She had a trial month pass so I agreed to go with her. I GOT HOOKED!!
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, adrenaline, and how I can mold my body into a herculean figure.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch Jay Cutlers from Jay to Z before, after and all day. Gets me pumped.
BB Accomplishments:
I was 130lbs 5 years ago. I am now 190lbs. Enough said!

Just the basics, cardio 3 times a week early morning or after a workout for at least 20mins, and the most important thing is cleaning your diet! Serously watch what you put into your body, read up on it! Sean
