I want to gain 20 pounds of muscle over the winter and compete next year.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain 20 pounds over the winter and cut down in summer to compete in my first competition. I dream everyday of getting sponsored and eventually turning pro.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

Just the basics, cardio 3 times a week early morning or after a workout for at least 20mins, and the most important thing is cleaning your diet! Serously watch what you put into your body, read up on it!
