Background
I stumbled upon this lifestyle my sophmore year in high school when i was 115 lbs. I joined the track team and the coach made us workout and i had no interest in hitting the weights, just wasnt my thing. Some of my track mates were bench pressing using a burn out technique loaded with all 5's, when i gave it a try that is what got me hooked, the amazing pump of blood rushing through my puny chest muscles and the noticeably enlarged physique that i saw in the mirror because of it. After that I never turned back from this lifestyle. From then on it's like i entered into a room where it gets locked from the inside, and i'm in for life. This is no hobby, this is a way of life.
The pump, pushing your body to it's limits and getting rewarded for it.
