I started lifting for crew back when I was a sophomore in high school. It stuck. :)
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hmm. That's a bit of a problem recently. Surfing the BB.com posts usually helps.
BB Accomplishments:
Hah. I won a bench press competition in Baghdad.

My goals are to run 13 minutes flat for two miles, bench press my bodyweight, and see my abs.
Goal (Long):
I'd like to weigh under 150 pounds, but I'm not overly concerned with weight -- I'd like to fit into a pair of size 7 jeans and see my abs. Abs would be nice. I'm kicking around the idea of a marathon or triathlon, but short term I'd like to drop 30 seconds off my two-mile time for a 13-flat. I'll reevaluate these goals in 3 months.
Where were all the LT's that looked as good as you when I was in the army? ; ) You look great hun, and It sounds like you are definately motivated to achieve your goal.
Hi Lt. Sunny; Congratulations on winning the bench press competition in Bagdad. Even more importantly, thank you for your dedicated, noble and courageous service for our country. Respectfully submitted, Petty Officer Davis (Ret.).... P.S. I did my 2 mile run in 12:30
How are you doing in relation to your goals? I'm having a hard time with my run, no flexibility and I'm too sore after working legs.... or too much of a wuss sometimes.
