If You cant twist your forearm when training biceps and cant go heavy why not do 100rep sets while john does his heavy and takes rests u work right threw. u shud grow like a weed from doing sumthing different.

Hey,i watch the britshow n found ur profile on it.was wondering if u could answer a question for me.a friend whos a p. trainer commented that my stomach looked distended and said this cud b from 3 short cycles of steroids i tryed.he says my organs could have gotten to big.i dnt touch steroids anymore but was wonderin if u think this is possible i didnt do any GH i kno ur natural but ur also a personal trainer to thought u mite kno a bit.im 150 30 inch waist 8%bodyfat and a felo Brit.
