Once ya read al the books n understand how it all comes together its fascinating putting it into practice.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch Bodybuilding Videos or train with mates who are bigger than me.
BB Accomplishments:
not major but minor.overhead pressed 50kg for 2reps then it came down on me head n cut it but stil was wel pleased!
