How I Started:
I took a trip home and my younger brother was massive! He motivated me to get my ass in the gym.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel like a million bucks even on a bad day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the progress is a huge motivator for me. Knowing that every time I step out of the gym I'm that much better than when I went in. I also try to do a little research every day to expand my knowledge.

So I mowed the grass today....Can I count that as cardio? Probably not but it makes me feel better anyway. My oats this morning were delicious with the blueberries and 19 other ingredients I manage to squeeze in the bowl. Sometimes I think I'm overdoing what should be a simple meal. ...
That is where weight gain drinks come into play. I keep a full container in my car, and one at work. If I can't get to a meal, then I have a shake. I NEVER go more than 3 hours without a protein/carb source. The amount is only based on, if I am gaining during off-season or losing weight for a show.
It is time to increase that motivation level. You need to log-on to Youtube and watch some bodybuilding videos. That works for me. If you do not have headphones for the gym, Get Some!! If you do have them, change up the music and find something that really gets you mentally pumped. I change up my music every month. Plus, I only put maybe 10 songs on. That way I hear only what I want, then change it up. Try it..
