My benching had been staying around the 185lbs. to 225lbs.
But I broke that plateau with 8 reps of 295lbs.

Hey man looks like you're also a triathlete...me too! Actually haven't done any since I started bb back in Feb. Would like to do another one tho, before the end of the summer. Do you find it harder to compete with increased mass? I do. Later...
