Yep, it'll grow.. it's a muscle. You'll get nicer legs too. Make sure you go below parallel though. Youtube atg squat and then youtube parallel squat. You should be going atg (ass to ground)

Thanks a lot. My BF has drifted up a little bit at the moment as I'm in off-season for basketball haha but I'm about to start up season again so it will drop back down. I've never had my bodyfat properly measured and I can only guess what it is by visual estimates. I therefore don't keep a log of it because it is not accurate. Train hard, train smart. Peace

Nahh I used to go to the PCYC though.. It's an awesome gym.. Full dungeon style. Awesome for lifting hard. Good to see another Shire dude around haha what suburb you from? I'm in Menai

No reasing why you can't do both. You can drop bodyfat and continue to gain muscle dude. Eat lots of protein and go about 300 calories under maintenance by doing some cardio.

P.S If you don't need the dynamic effort lower body day for your sport you can easily add in another weights session for your legs.

Thanks mate. Ur progress pics great! U've made good progress too. My best gains were made on Westside For Skinny Bastards 3 found here: http://www.defrancostraining.com/articles/articles.htm it gives you an awesome template to use and you can pick whichever exercises you like. Changing the exercises you do every 4 weeks worked wonders for me. Go at it with max intensity for every exercise and believe me you will see big gains! What have you currently been doing?
