When I Started:
How I Started:
Well.. my mother has been going to the gym for 10 years already, she took me there when i was 14. I didn't really have the motivation to train though, and i was hitting the weights 1 max 2 times a week, but not on a regular basis. After that, the person who gave me the motivation to train was my neighbour. He gave me a whole stack of bodybuilding magazines. I was both shocked and impressed by the muscle guys there and that is where i got my desire to start seriously.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding is a part of my way of life, so, so i don't think i need a motivation for my normal way of living.
BB Accomplishments:
at the age of 16 - 3rd place on the teen national bodybuilding comeptition, heavyweight category(should have been 2nd)

Pain in my left nee from doing heavy legpress, i felt pain 1 year when i trained legs and when the weather changed. Healed by itself, i don't really know how.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not good enough warm up and when you lift more than you really can.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Deadlift, Squats, because usually it is a very heavy exercise with alot of muscles involved and it is very easy to get injured
Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 19! Specially chest, ABS, shoulders and biceps! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
Hey bud, do you ever find you get clicks and cracks e.g. in ankles, wrists and shoulders etc, in and out of the gym? I get them quite a bit (not painful though). I'm just asking as you are about the same age as me and the osteopath said it can happen if you grow suddenly, or have a growth spurt. Thanks in advance.
