that sucks...if it was teens you would win for sure...mens novice could be more difficult. thats what I plan on doing. I still have time to do a teen comp this year but I rather wait and get bigger first. 2011 is the year lol

thanks bro. I've gained over 15 pounds since winter and I plan to keep it up for a while getting up over 200 eventually before I cut down for a show. Your biceps look massive in your new picture btw.

not anymore...I'm slowly bulking going for .5 pounds a week. my strength stayed pretty much the same when I was cutting though...even went up a little on some lifts.

not sure...haven't benched in a while. I do incline Dumbbell as my main chest exercise and did 80x10, 85,8, 90x8, 95x6 yesterday.
