How I Started:
I joined the gym with a friend. At first we kind of just fooled around(no homo) but eventually I realized that I would have to get more serious about it if I wanted to make any gains.
Why I Love It:
I love constantly making improvements to my body and getting stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at everyone else and see how they are either disgustingly skinny or over weight. I don't want to look like them.
