How I Started: I joined the gym with a friend. At first we kind of just fooled around(no homo) but eventually I realized that I would have to get more serious about it if I wanted to make any gains.
Why I Love It: I love constantly making improvements to my body and getting stronger.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at everyone else and see how they are either disgustingly skinny or over weight. I don't want to look like them.

Its cool bro. Just keep hanging in there. You know what to do and how to make it. If need be you may have to do you own shopping and cooking. But whatever works. Dont get discourageg. You have come too far for that. College is a different lifestyle and you will meet a ton of different personalities. Keep sticking to your plan. Things will work out. Wish you well. Ive been doing great. Made some awesome progress in the past few months. Still cutting and bulking so it a see-saw effect. But it working good. So at college, you have to work out a plan to get better food. I always known colleges to have real good equipment, but I guess it varies. Maybe it may be time to start doing calis just to keep you on your game. Did you see the utube vid I sent you? Those guys dont hit the gym and they are ripped and mad swole. Might want to look into it.

I started like 2.5 years ago but had no idea what I was doing. It's been only a little over a year since knowing what I was doing. My routines have completely changed. I do a 5 day split now. I started at 5'8 155 like 18% bodyfat. This message can't be that long...only 500 characters.
