I enjoy getting stronger, seeing my body develop and the feeling after a hard day of training. It is the dieet I am not so fond off.
How I Stay Motivated:

Oh, by the way, you might want to buy a new measuring tape, the one you have lies, your arms look a lot bigger than 16.68", they look more like 18" to 19". Great job!, hot pic. Have a great day! Mike
