Training hard, but going clean. All gains will be from hard work and good nutrition.
Goal (Long):
To get as big as I can this year. My arms as my weak point,I want to bring to 18''. As far as weight gain goes, I'm eating 8 meals a day each with 40g of protein, 2 shakes a day, and carbs with each meal. I'll worry about extra weight later in the year, but for now I need to gain some heavy mass.
This is my current workout. I do a 3-day split routine, so this is not all performed in one day. but every exersize and how many reps and sets is shown listed. For smaller Body parts I circuit train and use supersets. This sample workout for me is meant for overall body mass. In a few weeks,...
I honestly began when I was 15yrs old, worked out 4yrs in my basement. Then moved to college in Fl, and things started to fall into play. But my last year has been the most improvements due to knowledge etc. Takes time but if u have the right info. u can get their faster instead of trial and error.
