When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
I've been working out since I was sixteen, but it was only when I met my P.T. Michael (Newdeal69) that I learned that you can only get good results when you change your eating pattern, and not only by working out.
I used to work out doing excersices from a book I got for Christmas. After a while I did see more muscles, but I never got the results I wanted. I asked so many people if they knew what I should do but nobody told me anything about the right way to eat.
So I am really glad that I met Michael and that I am going in the right direction now!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get from eating right. It's amazing!
What I love about working out is the looks you get and also the feeling that you are in shape and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking at pictures of women who have the body I want, and then I know it is worth it.
I also think about the fact that I used to have pain in my stomach and belly all day long, most of the time. Now I don't have that anymore; everything functions the way it should, and that's really motivating.
I want to lose at least 2% of bodyfat a month until I have the definition I want!
Goal (Long):
By working out for about six years I know and feel I have muscles, but I hardly see them. So I want to lose bodyfat so that my muscles become visible and that I will have a tight body.
I see a lot of people with celulite and blubber all over. I don't want to be one of those people, and I know I will be 10 years from now if I don't change anything.
I want to be proud of my body and don't be afraid to were skirts or walk around in a bikini during the summer.
Thanks for the add girl! It took a long time for me to even get close to having abs but once I saw the first little signs of them it made me hit them harder than ever!!! And I still do every day! You'll get there! Just keep working hard:)
