This is the absolute perfect product if your trying to cycle off creatine but still want to keep your strength in the gym(considering it has none and 5g of arginine). Adds absolutely no water weight in my experiences and is a great creatine product to take when staying lean and dont want that extra water weight. Didn't really feel is increased dramatic strength gains or mass gains but still a good product. The taste is absolutely amazing. Either grape or artic berry both taste like Koolaid.
