How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at myself in the mirror and seeing muscle underneath my body fat. I tell myself that if I work a little bit harder today, that fat will be gone soon and you'll be able to see those muscles better. Just gotta keep it up and take things day by day.
I'd like to get around 15-19% body fat in the process of losing weight. I want to keep the muscle that I have in the process too. I've somewhat assembled a plan for all of this to happen and I'm recording my results. Hope I'll have a nice transformation at the end of this scheme.
