Background

When I Started: Jul 2008
HOW I STARTED:

before i was deployed i never saw a light of day being in the gym... but while i was in the sandbox all we did was work 12hr+ days 6days/week and either go to your rooms or go to the Gym... well i had a friend that was fairly big... he started going and within a month time frame he starting burning away weight and bulking up instead... seeing the progress i started trying the gym out myself... well needless to say i am now working out 6days/week now...:]

WHY I LOVE IT:

cause it just feels good... i like being the guy that people see as being in great shape with a nice body

blacked I've been on vacation for a week...so I haven't been working out that much. I've been using resistence bands and the perfert pushup, but I'm ready to toss up some iron.
