None to date. Although in 2001 I was 20 stones and 7lbs at 5" 7'. Now I am 16st 10lbs...my aim is to be 14st lean-buff-daddy...bodyfat at 11% (I am currently 34%)...enter a natural competition in 2007

Hey now ;). I start lifting agin next week, this time I am focusing on muscle tension and nt necessarily how much weight. 3 seconds up, 3 seconds down is the rule for slower movement which gives you great GH
