Why I like this video: I love this video! It puts all my " problems"in perspective. To me he is the def. of what a true champion is !! I CHALLENGE all of you to watch this video and when finihed to stop and think about why you lift and when the next time you feel like giving up, you feel like whats the point I'll never look like so and so ..... stop and think about what bodybuilding is really about... It's about improving yourself for you no one else.
