I have been stuggling latley with myself with my diet & training. Truth be told Im starting to ask myself if Im I am being relistic with my goals and how I want to look, after all Im no 20yr old. I do not have all the time in the world to spend in the gym as I would like.So I do not...
That's great! I've been awful! Giving in to my cravings, not working out! I need to get my ass back in gear. I think since I had lost some weight, I fooled myself into thinking oh I can be bad now...but now I'm putting weight back on, of course!
Pizza, yum, that's one of my many weaknesses. Don't give in though, its not worth it! :)
I've been somewhat lazy as far as workouts go. I'm staying active, but just not in the gym like I should be. I'm planning on going tonight though.
How are things going for you?
I will look over your current workout later this evening or tomorrow and let you know what I think and maybe share some suggestions that I believe will really kick start your progress! Have a good evening my friend
Sounds good bro! I do not know much about the South Beach diet, though I did just pick up the book a few days ago. The Zone diet seemd to be pretty solid. I have been sticking the the recipes from "Eating for Life" by Bill Phillips. Have an awesome day man!
You don't need no stinkin trainer... All you need is hard work and determination which are things I believe you already have... It's time to get to work you have a date with some iron!!! I am considering going to the 5x5 workout on my next change up with would be 5 weeks out. Keep me posted on your diet and workouts, if you would.
