Thanks so much! I do hit the weights, it's the best discovery I've made on my weight loss trip!

That's great! I've been awful! Giving in to my cravings, not working out! I need to get my ass back in gear. I think since I had lost some weight, I fooled myself into thinking oh I can be bad now...but now I'm putting weight back on, of course! Pizza, yum, that's one of my many weaknesses. Don't give in though, its not worth it! :)

I've been somewhat lazy as far as workouts go. I'm staying active, but just not in the gym like I should be. I'm planning on going tonight though. How are things going for you?

Sounds good bro! I do not know much about the South Beach diet, though I did just pick up the book a few days ago. The Zone diet seemd to be pretty solid. I have been sticking the the recipes from "Eating for Life" by Bill Phillips. Have an awesome day man!

You don't need no stinkin trainer... All you need is hard work and determination which are things I believe you already have... It's time to get to work you have a date with some iron!!! I am considering going to the 5x5 workout on my next change up with would be 5 weeks out. Keep me posted on your diet and workouts, if you would.
