How I Started:
I just wanted to prevent from having diabetes, and heart attacks, which all run in my family. Unfortunately, I did get type 1 diabetes. But I still continue with my workouts. Now I am looking foward to competing!
Why I Love It:
I remember when I was in High School, I hated exercising and lifting weights. 8 years later, I totally love bodybuilding. Then my daughter was born, she has downs syndrome. When I found this out, I used bodybuilding as a form of venting my frustration, using just a set of 45 lbs dumbells and a bench. Now I can't stop. I am currently trying to get more weights, but money is tight. But that doesn't stop me. I push through!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about my daughter!!!! I also think about the future that I wish to provide to my family.

As you can see, I changed my workout schedule completely. The reason I did this is because I found that my old workout schedule was way too easy. I also want to concentrate on each muscle separately. So there you have it.

as of now i am taking N.O. explode and true mass both by bsn. Very effective my best progress after all the supplements i used. i used to take nitrix but i stopped becuz my heart started beating fast though i have 60-80 more capsules left, too much NO2 MAYBE the reason but so far those 2 supllements work best for me. I've wanted to try dianobol to get the huge "bouncer" size type of physique.

i want to bulk up for 2-3 months because its summer in my country right now. would dianabol be a big factor? it says i intake it three times a day with meals and drink lots of water?
