How's my fav rash doin? Havent been checkin in here for ages.Been bz prepping for comp comeback this July for the nationals then hopefully on to Asia.Hope you're well and getting closer to your target. ps secure that Victoria Secret deal asap!!! LOL!

No real secret bro..just a lot of hard work and consistancy.I do bent over laterals both seated and standing usually around 6 sets of 10-12 reps twice a week.I only use enough weights to get a good pump and never too heavy cos it will result in your traps and parts of your back/lats getting involved.Also vary angle till you get max feel.

Heyya my fav rash....from the looks from your pics..i'd say u r there! No need to try and get harder or more ripped etc.You already have a great package.A lot of women would die to have what you have accomplished.Heck even the guys would want your bod 9ina diff way tho LMAO!)Missed ya!

Lose d beer and increase cardio!Cut down carbs and sugar too!Lotsa fibre,protein and slow release carbs(low glycemix index)Cardio b4 breakfast(1 hour at least) otherwise HIT cardio after weight session for a min of 20 mins.TAke some flax seed oil and some L-carnitine(1-3gm daily)Good luck!

No update brah...not been able to train hard.Just recovered from a recurring back problem and now knees starting to act up on me again.Sucks man!

Been having some serious lower back problems.Can't train for the time being.DOn't wanna risk it as it's spot on on the spinal column right where you bend.Hurts like crazy.Taking meds for now so hope it gets better.
