When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

Which time?!?!? Ive always been an on again, off again gym guy. Unfortunately I've never been on again long enough to hit my lifelong goals. So let's say I started in HS for football. usually 3 months on then 6 off. As I get older, it gets closer to 6 on, 3 off. hopefully I get to 3 months cardio, 3months bulk, NO months off. Still not there though

WHY I LOVE IT:

Feeling sore for the next day and a half. It excites me to know that I'm building those fibers back bigger and stronger!

Squats...

 I probably should have started this blog when I first put up my page, but as with everything else gym related - better late than never.  Squats - I hate them!  I love the thought of huge "These loose fitting pants are too tight" legs, and I know there's only one way to get them. - Squats I want to gain 25 lbs! and I know the fastest way to gain weight is in your legs - and the best way to do that? - - Squats.  It's just the Preparation necessary for them is like no other workout.  Go to sleep early.
