Background
Which time?!?!? Ive always been an on again, off again gym guy. Unfortunately I've never been on again long enough to hit my lifelong goals. So let's say I started in HS for football. usually 3 months on then 6 off. As I get older, it gets closer to 6 on, 3 off. hopefully I get to 3 months cardio, 3months bulk, NO months off. Still not there though
Feeling sore for the next day and a half. It excites me to know that I'm building those fibers back bigger and stronger!
