Got my first barbell set for a Christmas gift. That was it. Obviously I haven't worked out faithfully since 86, but that's just when it came into my life.
Same as with my biceps on back day, I always did tris on my chest day. I still do it this way for an 8 week period then go another 8 weeks of an isolated arm day(bis/tris).Either way its once a week.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Have done biceps with back for most of my life. Recently (8 weeks ago) started an 8 week routine with an isolated arm day(bis/tris), really like being able to focus on those smaller muscles. Hey you are looking great! I hear you on the cutting, I am doing something a little different. Looking to gain size and slowly cutting. My priority is gaining. You are a lot farther along on cutting. My last six pack was mgd 64.
Sorry to hear about your shoulder, Patrick! I have one more surgery this fall and hopefully it will fix everything. At least I can still work out, Dave's shoulder and ankle have seriously hindered him. He fell playing football. Stepped in a hole, third degree sprained ankle, and landed on his shoulder. Looks like surgery for him too!!
Well, hello, stranger!! How the heck have you been? Dave and I are doing well, overcoming injuries and surgeries and life in general but still hitting the gym as much as possible!!
